Q : Is it easy to get set up?

Yes, setting up your free account is very easy, it only takes 30 seconds, all you need to do is enter your email address. Q : How much does it actually cost me?

The only thing you pay for is the cost of your own telephone call and this cost appears on your normal telephone bill from your regular telephone provider (e.g. eir) in Ireland the cost per minute is 11.6 cent plus VAT.

Q : Is there any contract or monthly invoice?

No, there is no contract or any type of commitment with our service and you don’t have to worry about the hassle of a monthly invoice as all call charges appear on your regular telephone bill.

Q : Do you offer a monthly billing conference call service?

Yes, we do offer a monthly billing service, there is no contract, no fixed monthly fee or any type of commitment. It’s 6 cent per minute, per person, dialing into a local Dublin dial in number. For more information please click on the link below.

Q : How many sets of pin numbers can I create?

As many as you like, you just need an email address to set up an account, if you need to create a second of further accounts you will need a different email address, the welcome email  is sent to your email address.

Q : Do you have international dial in numbers?

Yes, we access numbers in over 30 countries, if you have a participant outside Ireland who needs to join your conference call, simply send them the corresponding country dial in number with the participant pin number.

Q : Do I need to book my conference calls in advance?

No, you never need to book any of your conference calls, your account is always ready to use 24/7/365, just email your participants the participant pin and the dial in number and talk as long as you want with absolutely no time restrictions.

Q : How many people can I have on my conference call?

You can invite up to 200 participants to each and every conference call. There are no time restrictions and you can talk as long as you like, whenever you like.

Q : Are there any hidden costs or charges?

No, there are no hidden charges, the only thing you pay for is the cost of your own telephone call, in Ireland the cost per minute is just 11.6 cent plus VAT.

Q : Can I call from my mobile phone?

Yes you can, Please note some numbers are not available to call from mobile phones.

Q : Can I use my free pin numbers more than once?

Yes, you can use your free pin numbers again and again, make as many conference calls as you like, your pin numbers are yours for life. They will always be active, until you instruct us to cancel them.

Q : Are my conference calls secure?

Yes, every participant who joins your conference call has their name announced, so you know who is on your call, the host can also lock the call by pressing #3 on their keypad thus preventing any unwelcome guests.

Q : How good is the line quality?

It’s high quality and very reliable. That’s why we use the exact same carrier grade fiber optic phone lines, just like your own telephone line. There are no unreliable VoIP telephone numbers or connections and it’s nothing like Skype.

Q : What happens if I lose or forget my pin numbers?

That’s not a problem, simply go to the pin reminder tab and enter the email address you registered with and we will resend your free pin numbers in just 2 seconds.

Q : Can someone have the same pin numbers as me?

No, your pin numbers are completely unique to you, remember to keep your host/chairperson pin number secret. Only give out the participant pin number to the people who you want to attend your conference call.

Q : Can people in different countries join my conference calls?

Yes, if you have participants outside Ireland who needs to join your conference call, simply send them the corresponding country access number from international numbers page with the participant pin number.

Q : Do I need any special equipment to use your service?

No, it’s exactly the same as any other phone call you would normally make, you can use your normal landline telephone or your mobile phone.

Q : Can I record my conference calls?

Yes, you can record every conference call if you like, it’s completely free, there is no cost. Just press #8 on your phone keypad to start recording. A link to the recording is emailed to you once your conference call is finished.

Q : Is your conference call service available 24/7?

Yes, you can make a conference call at anytime, whenever you like, there are no restrictions whatsoever. It’s always available to use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on Christmas day!

Q : Is there any time limit on the length of a conference call?

No, you can stay on your conference call for as long as you like, there are no time restrictions or any type of limits, whatsoever.
